Hello! I’m Layan De Silva, a dedicated tutor based in Sri Lanka passionate about helping students excel in Business Studies at the GCE A/L level. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Marketing) and over four years of teaching experience, I have guided many students through complex concepts and exam preparation with clarity and confidence.
මම ලයාන් ද සිල්වා, ශ්රී ලංකාව පදනම් කරගත් කැපවූ උපදේශකයෙක්, අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ මට්ටමින් ව්යාපාර අධ්යයනයෙන් සිසුන්ට විශිෂ්ටත්වයට පත් කිරීමට උපකාර කිරීමට මම දැඩි උනන්දුවක් දක්වමි. ව්යාපාර කළමනාකරණය (අලෙවිකරණය) පිළිබඳ උපාධියක් සහ වසර හතරකට වැඩි ඉගැන්වීමේ පළපුරුද්දක් ඇති මම, බොහෝ සිසුන්ට සංකීර්ණ සංකල්ප සහ විභාග සූදානම හරහා පැහැදිලි බව සහ විශ්වාසයෙන් යුතුව මඟ පෙන්වමි.
Teaching Experience
Bachelor of Business Management (Special) Degree in Marketing (University of Kelaniya) | DPS (UOK)
He has more than 4 years of teaching experience in the field of GCE Advance Level Business Studies (Sinhala-medium).
Layan is experienced in both physical (in-class) and online instruction, offering his classes in the Kandy and Kegalle districts of Sri Lanka, as well as remotely via virtual platforms.
He teaches medium-group classes (10-20 students) and larger group sessions (20+ students), specialising in helping students understand the national Business Studies syllabus, develop exam strategy, and build strong foundational business-concept skills.
